Hello! My name is Christie Duggar! I have lived in Colorado for the last 25 years and can't think of a better place to be. I moved to Northern Colorado to attend Colorado State University for their Real Estate program through the College of Business, and have been here ever since.  I graduated from CSU's Honors program in 2011 with a dual B.S in Real Estate Finance and Marketing. 

I began working at The Group in 2010 as an assistant and was licensed in 2011. I have remained very involved in both the National and Local Realtor Associations, and in 2013 was named the Fort Collins Board of Realtors "Young Professional of the Year". In 2017/2018, I was one of Real Trends top 100 agents in Colorado for transaction sides, and was honored on a National level by Realtor Magazine in 2018 as a member of their "30 Under 30" class.

My goal for my career is to establish lasting relationships with my clients, that carry on long after the day of closing. I strive to be a Real Estate advisor for my buyers and sellers, educating them on the market and keeping them updated on their home value on a regular basis. My business is built on referrals, so my goal at the end of each transaction is for my client to feel satisfied enough with my work, that they are comfortable referring their closest friends and family members to me. This happens only if I am constantly creating value and exceeding expectations. 

I pride myself on being extremely responsive, efficient and communicative and believe in investing in my clients while they invest in real estate.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband Brent, our two kids and pup Dekon. I love this community and am truly grateful to be able to help my clients with the one of their largest investments.
